SCOPE OF WORK (GREEN AMBASSADOR)

DO’S:-

 Create awareness among consumers about PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana and
rooftop solar benefits.
 If a consumer shows interest, collect and share the following details/documents with the
Company for online application:
o Aadhaar Card
o Bank Passbook
o Latest Electricity Bill
o Mobile Number and Email ID
 Verify that the spelling of the consumer’s name is consistent across Aadhaar, Bank
Passbook, and Electricity Bill, and inform the Company of any mismatch.
 Act as a bridge between the consumer and the Company/Vendor, ensuring smooth
communication and coordination.
 Provide basic rooftop measurements (length and width) of the consumer’s house/roof
to support preliminary assessment.

DON’TS:-

 Collect cash or any payment from consumers.
 Commit prices, system capacity, timelines, or subsidy amounts.
 Make any promise or assurance without written authorization from the Company.

DO’S:-

 Create awareness among consumers about PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana and
rooftop solar benefits.
 If a consumer shows interest, collect and share the following details/documents with the
Company for online application:
o Aadhaar Card
o Bank Passbook
o Latest Electricity Bill
o Mobile Number and Email ID

 Coordinate closely with the Company’s backend team to ensure timely completion of
documentation and approvals.

 Create awareness among consumers about PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana and
rooftop solar benefits.
 If a consumer shows interest, collect and share the following details/documents with the
Company for online application:

o Latest Electricity Bill

 Execute and complete rooftop solar installation work strictly as per the guidelines,
technical standards, and quality norms prescribed by MNRE, the concerned DISCOM,
and Smartgen Solutions.
 Ensure that installation is completed within 2 (two) days from the date of material
delivery at the consumer’s site, subject to site readiness and safety conditions.
 Arrange skilled manpower, tools, and safety equipment required for installation and
commissioning.
 Submit geo-tagged photographs of the installation site, mounting structure, solar panels,
inverter, earthing, and completed system to Smartgen Solutions in the prescribed format.
 Coordinate for inspection, commissioning, and rectification (if any) until final approval.
